Approximately, 9.05 PM, we receive an alert through our server monitoring system indicating our Cloud Hosting Server is unreachable. At this point, it is unclear what caused the outage and our DC On-Site team is investigating the issue. .We will update this announcement, once the server back online. Rest assured, we are taking all measures to bring the server back online.

We have resolved the issue and all servers are back online as usual. The issue was due to one of our core networking equipment was faulty and this hardware has been replaced. Rest assured, all your data (email and website) are safe as there was NO interruption on the server-side.
