MyIX Issue

Greetings to all clients, 

At 10.45am today (8/8/2019), MYIX is facing some network issues which affect local internet connectivity. This is affecting all MYIX network route including AIMS and Cyberjaya node. We have contacted our Data Center team to check on this issue.


This outage is beyond our control, we will update here again once it has been resolved.

 



Update: 11:33am, MYIX route fully restored. We will continue to monitor the network traffic.
